All configurations drop 78.7″. A 9–10 ft ceiling is ideal. On standard 8 ft ceilings, you'll need to shorten the cable substantially. The drop is adjustable via cable, but verify your ceiling structure with an electrician before installation.

Which size is right for a double-height foyer or stairwell?

The 13-light and 15-light configurations work best for tall entry spaces. The 12 cm ball 13-light spreads 19.7″ (16 lbs); the 15 cm ball 13-light spreads 26.8″ (52.9 lbs). Choose based on room width and available ceiling drop.

What's the difference between the 12 cm and 15 cm ball sizes?

12 cm balls (4.7″) create a denser, more delicate cluster; 15 cm balls (5.9″) are bolder and spread wider. Both are natural Spanish alabaster with unique veining. Same 78.7″ drop; different spreads and weights per light count.

Can this be customized or made in a different size?

Yes. Eight configurations are available (two ball sizes × four light counts). For other layouts, contact our atelier—we hand-build each chandelier to order and can discuss custom arrangements.

What bulbs do I need and how do I maintain it?

Each ball takes one G9 bulb (7–19 total depending on size). We recommend warm-white 2700–3000K LED for the best stone reading. Bulbs not included. Dust gently with a soft cloth; avoid harsh cleaners on natural stone.

How many bulbs does this fixture hold and what type?

It holds one bulb per alabaster ball. A 7-light version uses 7 bulbs, a 13-light uses 13, and so on. The product specs do not include bulb type—confirm compatibility with the manufacturer before purchase.

What's the difference between the 4.7-inch and 5.9-inch alabaster balls?

The 5.9-inch balls are larger and create a bolder visual statement. They also spread wider—a 7-light fixture with 5.9-inch balls spans 19.7 inches, while 7 lights with 4.7-inch balls span only 15.7 inches.

Does this work in a standard 8-foot ceiling?

The fixture is 78.7 inches tall. On an 8-foot (96-inch) ceiling, the lowest ball hangs about 17 inches below the ceiling—comfortable for a dining table but check your exact ceiling height and where you want it positioned.

Can I adjust the height after installation?

Natuursteen Alabaster Gemaakt van echt natuurlijk alabaster, elk exemplaar heeft zijn eigen unieke minerale samenstelling, doorschijnendheid en natuurlijke variaties. Het steenpatroon, kleurintensiteit en mate van nervatuur kunnen van exemplaar tot exemplaar verschillen, wat elk stuk uniek maakt. Deze natuurlijke variaties zijn een inherent kenmerk van alabaster en worden niet als onvolkomenheden beschouwd. Bij verlichting creëert het doorschijnende steen een warm en elegant gloed met prachtige diepte en karakter.

Elke alabasten bol bevat één lamp. Een uitvoering met 7 lichten gebruikt 7 lampen, een uitvoering met 13 lichten gebruikt 13 lampen, enzovoort. De productspecificaties bevatten geen informatie over het type lamp—controleer de compatibiliteit bij de fabrikant voordat u het product bestelt.

Wat is het verschil tussen de bollen van 4,7 inch en 5,9 inch?

De bollen van 5,9 inch zijn groter en maken een sterkere visuele indruk. Ze breiden ook verder uit—een armatuur met 7 lichten en bollen van 5,9 inch heeft een spanwijdte van 19,7 inch, terwijl 7 lichten met bollen van 4,7 inch slechts 15,7 inch spannen.

Werkt dit aan een standaard plafond van 2,4 meter?

If I purchase the 7-globe chandelier, are any of the lengths adjustable or will they all hang at the same exact length? TY

The 7-globe chandelier comes with 200 cm (approximately 78.7 inches) suspension cords by default.

Each cord is adjustable during installation, so the globes do not have to hang at the same exact height. You can arrange them at different lengths to create the look you prefer.

Is it ok for sloped ceiling?
Also I wanted to get informed shortest height of the fixture. I am going to install in my bedroom which has 10foot sloped ceiling. Thank you.
