Vakkerlight was founded with a single vision: to bring beautifully crafted, design-forward lighting directly to homeowners, designers, and architects worldwide — without the traditional retail markup. We combine owned manufacturing with a vertically integrated global distribution network, so every customer receives genuine quality at a fair price, delivered reliably to their door.


  • 2014
    Manufacturing foundation established. Our production facility in Asia begins operations — giving us direct control over raw materials, quality standards, and craftsmanship from day one.

  • 2018
    International expansion begins. We establish our Hong Kong entity to streamline global trade operations and lay the groundwork for multi-market distribution across Asia, Europe, and Oceania.

  • 2021
    Vakkerlight brand launches online. Our direct-to-consumer storefront opens, connecting our factory directly with customers across 180+ countries through our flagship website and marketplace channels.

  • 2022
    U.S. operations established. We incorporate our US legal entity, open our East Coast hub in Baltimore, MD, and launch our West Coast fulfillment center — bringing faster delivery and dedicated support to North American customers.

Popular fixtures are pre-stocked at our Baltimore, MD and California warehouses. These orders ship domestically within the US, typically arriving in 5–10 business days.

Returns for in-stock items are processed through our US facility in Baltimore.

Factory-Direct Items

Custom, oversized, and specialty fixtures are crafted at our owned factory and shipped directly to you. Estimated delivery time and fulfillment source are clearly listed on every product page before you purchase.

Via DHL, UPS or equivalent commercial express carrier. Delivered in 1–3 weeks. Shipping fee applies at checkout.

Standard Shipping — All Inclusive
Sea freight container shipping. Delivered in 4–6 weeks. All costs included — we prepay all import duties, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery. No surprise charges at your door.
