Change-of-Mind Returns
Returns accepted within 60 days. For non-quality related returns, customers cover return shipping to our designated facility. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Delivery Protection
We cover orders lost in transit. Exceptions apply if the failure was due to buyer-related factors such as an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
Customs & Duties
Standard shipping is free for qualifying US orders. International customers are responsible for local import taxes. Packages returned due to unpaid duties are subject to standard return deductions.

Apply for a Return or Refund

If a return is authorized, we will provide the exact shipping address and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be routed to the designated facility exactly as instructed to ensure your refund is processed without delay.

Receive Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we process your refund back to your original payment method. This typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your card issuer or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
