Your purchase is protected on our platform. We ensure you are taken care of if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is not delivered. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
Resolution Process
How to Request a Resolution
If something isn't right with your order, follow these three steps. We resolve the vast majority of issues within one business day.
Reach out to our support team at info@vakkerlight.com or call 1-800-715-2593. Provide photos or a description of the issue so we can begin finding a solution immediately. Please do not open a payment dispute before contacting us — we will always make it right.
If a return is authorized, we will provide the exact shipping address and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be routed to the designated facility exactly as instructed to ensure your refund is processed without delay.
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we process your refund back to your original payment method. This typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your card issuer or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
