DMCA Policy


Vakkerlight, operated by JANEDECOR INC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and specifically 17 USC § 512(c)(3), Vakkerlight will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below. Vakkerlight is a brand operated by JANEDECOR INC, a corporation duly incorporated in the State of Texas, United States.

DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a notice, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  • Identification of the material or link you claim is infringing, including the specific URL or exact location on the Site.
  • Contact Information: Your mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Signature: Your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a Counter-Notice to legal@vakkerlight.com including the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland).
Repeat Infringer Policy

JANEDECOR INC and its Vakkerlight brand do not tolerate copyright infringement. We reserve the right to terminate the access privileges of any user determined to be a repeat infringer — generally defined as any user for whom we have received two or more valid DMCA Notices of Alleged Infringement.

JANEDECOR INC reserves the right to define the criteria for repeat infringers and will adopt statutory definitions as a minimum standard where applicable under 17 USC § 512. This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Last updated: May 2026.
