A solid cube of Spanish alabaster — nothing more. No hardware visible, no shade, no base. A single integrated LED inside the stone turns the cube into a glowing geological lantern: the warm light reveals the translucent white stone's inner veining and cloud-like mineral banding from every side simultaneously. Place it on a shelf, a console table, a nightstand, or a desk — it reads equally well as a sculpture unlit and as a lamp when lit. Available in three sizes.

Spanish Alabaster — formed by nature, unique to each piece
Each cube is carved from solid Spanish alabaster — a translucent sedimentary gypsum stone formed over geological timescales. The vein pattern, cloud-like mineral banding, color depth, and degree of translucency differ from block to block. The photograph shows a representative example. Your cube will carry its own singular geological character.
Natural surface variation — pores, tonal gradients, and texture
Alabaster naturally contains fine fissures, tonal gradients, and subtle surface texture that form during its geological development. These are authentic characteristics of genuine stone, not manufacturing defects. The stone's inner veining and cloud banding become most visible — and most beautiful — when the cube is illuminated from within.
Integrated LED — long lifespan & service support
The LED is sealed inside the alabaster cube and is not user-accessible. It is rated for an exceptionally long service life under normal use. Should the LED ever fail, our support team can assist with a replacement or service — contact us and we will ensure your cube continues to work for years to come.

- Plug-in — no electrician required. Connect to a standard wall outlet.
- Place on a flat, stable surface. The alabaster is solid stone — ensure the surface can support the weight, especially for the Large size.
- The LED is integrated and sealed inside the stone. Do not attempt to disassemble or access the interior.
- Clean with a soft dry cloth only. Do not use water, vinegar, or chemical cleaners, which can etch or stain the alabaster surface.
- Avoid placing in direct prolonged sunlight, which can alter the stone's tone over time.
- For indoor dry locations only. Not suitable for bathrooms or damp environments.
How does the cube emit light — there's no visible hardware?
The LED module and all electrical components are concealed inside the alabaster block. The cord exits from the underside. Because alabaster is a naturally translucent stone, the LED light passes through the stone itself — every face of the cube glows simultaneously, revealing the veining and mineral structure from within. There is no separate shade or diffuser; the stone is the diffuser.
Which size should I choose?
The Small (D12×H14 cm) works well on a nightstand, desk, or shelf where you want subtle ambient light. The Medium (D20×H20 cm) is the most versatile — strong enough to anchor a console or coffee table while remaining approachable in scale. The Large (D30×H30 cm) makes a genuine statement piece on a dining sideboard or entryway table; it also produces significantly more light. Two or three cubes in different sizes grouped together on one surface create a compelling geological still-life.
Will my cube look exactly like the photo?
The cube form and dimensions will match. The alabaster's veining, cloud-like mineral banding, color depth, and degree of translucency will differ, because each block of stone is unique. The photograph shows a representative example with a characteristic white-to-cream tone and subtle amber veining. Your cube will share the same overall character but carry its own geological signature.
Can I replace the LED?
No — the LED is sealed inside the alabaster and is not user-accessible. It is rated for a very long service life under normal use. If the LED fails, contact our support team; we offer an ongoing light source service and can provide a compatible replacement or service the piece.
Is alabaster fragile?
Alabaster is softer than granite or marble and more sensitive to impact and scratching. Handle with care. Place on a stable, flat surface and avoid moving frequently. Clean only with a soft dry cloth; do not use water, vinegar, or chemical cleaners, which can etch or discolor the stone over time.
