How much ceiling height do I need?

Overall drop is 59″ (150 cm) on adjustable cables that can be lengthened before shipping. Confirm mounting point strength with your electrician; the fixture weighs 16–56 kg depending on size.

Why does each chandelier look different from the photos?

Each panel is cut from natural Spanish alabaster quarried individually. Veining, tone, and raw edges vary uniquely across every slat—no two panels match. This stone variation is the character of real alabaster, not a defect.

Can this fixture be custom-sized?

Seven configurations exist (six round, one linear). For large rooms or specific needs, contact us with dimensions and ceiling height. Our atelier will confirm the right size and mounting requirements within 24 hours.

What type of bulbs do I need?

G9 bases (12–32 depending on size); bulbs not included. Warm white LEDs at 2700–3000K are recommended. G9 bulbs are widely available and easy to replace. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is strongly advised.

How many bulbs does each size hold?

V1 has 18 alabaster panes. V2 has 24. V4 has 48 across both tiers. Each pane surrounds one E12 or E26 bulb socket, depending on your country's wiring. Check your specific variant's spec sheet for exact count.

Can I hang this from a standard bedroom ceiling box?

Yes, if the box is rated for at least 25 pounds and is mounted into a joist or brace. V1 and V5 are light enough for most boxes. V2 and larger should use a crossbar brace bolted to two adjacent joists.

What wattage bulbs fit, and will they get too hot?

Use LED or incandescent bulbs up to 60W per socket in the U.S. market. Alabaster glass diffuses heat well and does not yellow or crack from normal use. Do not use bulbs larger than the socket opening.

Is the brass canopy the same color as the panes?

No. The canopy and suspension hardware are polished brass—warm gold tone. The panes are white frosted alabaster. The contrast is intentional and visible in every size.

Alabaster Cascade Tiered Chandelier

Een tweelaagshanglamp met gestapelde alabaster panelen die warm licht gelijkmatig diffunderen. De brass montageplaat suspenderend glaspanelen in een gelaagde ringformatie. Geschikt boven eetkamertafels, keukeneilanden, slaapkamers en entreeën in huizen met standaard plafonds van 2,4–3 meter.

Hoeveel gloeilampen passen in elk formaat?

V1 heeft 18 alabaster panelen. V2 heeft 24. V4 heeft 48 verdeeld over beide niveaus. Elk paneel omgeeft één E12 of E26 lampfitting, afhankelijk van uw landinstallatie. Controleer het specificatieblad van uw specifieke variant voor het exacte aantal.

Kan ik dit ophangen aan een standaard slaapkamerplafondbox?

Ja, als de box geschikt is voor minimaal 11 kilogram en is gemonteerd in een balk of steun. V1 en V5 zijn licht genoeg voor de meeste boxen. V2 en groter moeten een dwarssteun gebruiken die aan twee aangrenzende balken is bevestigd.

Welke wattage lampen passen erin, en worden ze te heet?

Gebruik LED- of gloeilampen tot 60W per fitting in de Amerikaanse markt. Alabaster glas diffundeert warmte goed en verkleurt of barst niet door normaal gebruik. Gebruik geen lampen die groter zijn dan de fitting.

Is de brass montageplaat dezelfde kleur als de panelen?

Nee. Het plafondroos en het ophangbeslag zijn uit gepolijst messing—warmgoudtint. De panelen zijn wit gevriesde alabast. Dit contrast is opzettelijk en zichtbaar in elke maat.
