Six fluted alabaster cylinders, stacked vertically and separated by aged-brass discs — Pillar reads like a piece of architectural sculpture that happens to glow. Light passes through the natural stone from within, casting a warm, candle-like ambient wash that turns the whole column into a column of light.
At 45.3" tall with a slim 5.9" diameter, Pillar fits into corners, beside sofas, or as a freestanding totem in an entryway, reading nook, or bedroom. Plug-and-play with a foot switch on the cord — no electrician needed.

Each tier is cut from a unique alabaster block, so vein direction, color depth, and translucency vary between cylinders and between lamps. The piece you receive will not be vein-identical to the photo — this natural variation is part of the stone's character.

Pillar is designed for ambient illumination, not task lighting. The alabaster diffuses light into a soft, warm wash — best as a corner accent, beside a sofa, or in an entryway where atmosphere matters more than brightness.

The integrated LEDs are rated for roughly 50,000 hours of normal use. For peace of mind, we offer an ongoing light source support service — should an LED ever fail, we will always be able to provide a compatible replacement, ensuring your fixture continues to work for years to come. Will my lamp look exactly like the photo?
No. Each alabaster tier is cut from a unique block, so vein direction, color depth, and translucency vary between cylinders and between lamps. This natural variation is part of the stone's character — every Pillar is one of a kind.
Is Pillar bright enough to read by?
Pillar is designed for ambient mood lighting, not task or reading light. The alabaster diffuses the LEDs into a soft warm glow — beautiful as a corner accent or beside a sofa, but pair it with a task lamp for reading.
Is the lamp dimmable?
No. The inline foot switch is a simple on/off control — tap on, tap off. No brightness adjustment.
How heavy is it?
Pillar is substantial — six tiers of natural stone plus a brass base give it real weight and a stable footprint. The mass is part of why the column reads as a sculptural object rather than a thin floor lamp.
Can the LEDs be replaced?
The LEDs are integrated and not user-replaceable. They're rated for ~50,000 hours of normal use — and we offer ongoing light source support, so we will always be able to provide a compatible replacement should one ever fail.
