プレミアム無垢材 —
同じものは二つとない

すべてのフィクスチャーは、厳選されたプレミアム無垢材（ウォルナット、オーク、アッシュ、またはチーク）で製作されています。これらは持続可能な林業から調達されたものです。木目、色合いの変化、木の個性はデザインの一部であり、隠すべき欠陥ではありません。

製造工程

木のライティングの
芸術

各フィクスチャーは、木がいかに動き、呼吸し、経年変化するのかを理解する熟練の木工職人の手を通ります。彼らはそれらの性質に逆らわず、協調する照明をデザインします。

選別と乾燥

各板は木目の品質と含水率を評価します。将来の動きを防ぐため、材は窯乾燥されてからワークショップに入ります。

旋盤加工と成形

形状は旋盤で成形され、ルータ加工され、デザインが要求する箇所は手彫りされます。伝統的なジョイント技法が接着剤だけに頼らない強度を実現します。

フィニッシュングと配線

手塗りオイルまたはラッカーを複数回塗布し、各工程の間にサンディングします。電気部品は認定技術者によって取り付けられ、出荷前にテストされます。

品質検査

すべてのピースは点灯、撮影、計測された上で出荷されます。ナチュラルな特性マークは記録され、ピースのアイデンティティの一部として認められます。
