What ceiling height does this chandelier require?

Best with 10–12 ft ceilings. The fixture is 34.3″ tall plus an 11.8″ chain (total drop ~46″). Chain is extendable on request for taller spaces, customizable in our atelier.

How is this chandelier shipped and installed?

Ships LTL freight in a custom crate. A licensed electrician hardwires it into a junction box—typically a two-person job. Each glass tube is individually packed and assembled tier-by-tier on site to prevent breakage.

What bulbs do I need for the Clear Grande Palermo?

Small candelabra base bulbs (not included). Warm white LED is recommended for a soft glow. For dimming, use dimmable LEDs paired with a Triac wall dimmer.

Can I customize the size or chain length?

This model comes in one size: 31.5″ diameter × 34.3″ tall. The hanging chain is standard 11.8″ but extendable on request. Contact our atelier for custom sizing options.

Will there be variation in the clear glass tubes?

Slight variation in tube length, edge finish, or transparency is normal for glass production and not a defect. Each tube is uniformly cut from clear glass and individually packed for quality.

How many bulbs does the V1 hold?

The fixture holds multiple bulbs in the tiered rings. Check your order confirmation or contact support for the exact count, as it depends on final assembly configuration.

Can I shorten the chain before hanging it?

Yes. The fixture comes with chain; most installers adjust length on-site to match your ceiling height and desired hang distance. The longest possible drop is 34.3 inches.

Does the nickel frame show fingerprints?

Polished nickel can show dust and prints over time. Wipe it occasionally with a soft cloth. The clear glass rods do the same—dust sits on them but cleans easily.

What size room does this work in?

The 31.5-inch width suits dining tables 36 to 48 inches wide, kitchen islands up to 48 inches, or a centered bedroom or entry. Rooms with 9-foot ceilings are ideal.
