選別と乾燥

各板は木目の品質と含水率を評価します。将来の動きを防ぐため、材は窯乾燥されてからワークショップに入ります。

旋盤加工と成形

フィニッシュングと配線

手塗りオイルまたはラッカーを複数回塗布し、各工程の間にサンディングします。電気部品は認定技術者によって取り付けられ、出荷前にテストされます。
