Generalmente, hay dos razones para la devolución:

1. Si se trata de un problema de calidad del producto o de daños en el transporte, proporcionaremos servicios gratuitos de devolución e intercambio.
2. Si es solo que al cliente no le gustan nuestras luces, el cliente debe pagar el costo de envío por la devolución y el cambio.

Estamos seguros de que adorará su pedido de Vakkerlighting cuando llegue, pero si no lo hace por alguna razón, simplemente envíenos una línea rápida a través de nuestra página de contacto o simplemente responda los correos electrónicos de actualización de envío y lo haremos bien. 

La confirmación del pedido y la confirmación del envío se enviarán a su correo electrónico registrado o número de teléfono móvil.

La confirmación del pedido se enviará inmediatamente después de que haya realizado el pedido a través de su dirección de correo electrónico o número de teléfono móvil que registró cuando realizó el pedido.

Y la confirmación de envío se enviará dentro de 2 a 7 días después de que reciba la confirmación del pedido a través de su dirección de correo electrónico o número de teléfono móvil que registró cuando realizó el pedido.

Reembolso y reemplazo parcial/total elegible

Política de devoluciones

Nuestra póliza tiene una duración de 14 días. Si han pasado 14 días desde que recibió su artículo de acuerdo con su número de seguimiento, lamentablemente, no podemos ofrecerle un reembolso o cambio. Debe comunicarse con una consulta dentro de este período de tiempo para ser elegible para una devolución o cambio.

Para ser elegible para una devolución, su artículo debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibió. También debe estar en el embalaje original.

Nuestro proceso de devoluciones

Paso 0: Lea nuestra política de devolución anterior para determinar si su pedido califica para ser reembolsado/devuelto.

Paso 1: Envíe una consulta que incluya el motivo de la devolución en info@Vakkerlight.com

Paso 2: confirmamos el monto del reembolso para el que califica según el motivo de la devolución y los artículos de su pedido.

Paso 3: proporcionamos la dirección de devolución y las instrucciones de etiquetado del envío. Si no sigue nuestras instrucciones, no podemos darle su reembolso.

Paso 4: envías el artículo a tu propio costo. No cubrimos el costo del envío de devolución ni proporcionamos etiquetas prepagas. Imprima el correo electrónico de confirmación de su pedido e inclúyalo en el paquete de devolución.

Paso 5: notifíquenos por correo electrónico que ha enviado su devolución y proporciónenos su número de seguimiento, si corresponde.

Paso 6: Procesaremos su devolución dentro de los 3 a 5 días hábiles posteriores a la recepción de los artículos devueltos.

Reembolsos (si corresponde)
Si se aprueba, se procesará su reembolso y se aplicará automáticamente un crédito a su tarjeta de crédito o método de pago original, dentro de una cierta cantidad de días.
