Every disc has its own veining pattern, colour tone, and degree of translucency — your piece will differ from the product photos, and discs within a cluster will vary from one another. These variations are inherent to genuine alabaster and part of its organic beauty, not defects.

Will my alabaster discs look like the product photos?
No two pieces of natural alabaster are identical. The veining, colour tone, and translucency of each disc will differ from the photos and from one disc to another within a cluster. This is an inherent quality of genuine stone — not a defect.
Can I customize the size, finish, or disc count?
Yes. Size, finish colour, number of discs, and drop length are all customizable. Email info@vakkerlighting.com and we'll reply within 24 hours.
Is this pendant compatible with sloped ceilings?
Yes — the canopy accommodates ceiling slopes up to 30° without a separate adapter.
What color temperatures are available?
3000K (Warm), 4000K (Neutral), and 6000K (Cool). Select at checkout — cannot be changed after purchase.
Does it use replaceable bulbs?
No. The light source is an integrated LED module — no bulb to buy or replace.
Can the drop length be adjusted?
Yes. The standard cable is 59″ (150 cm) and adjustable. Contact us for a longer drop or specify a custom length when ordering.
