Wooden Branch Candle Tower

A tall sculptural candleholder shaped from a single piece of natural wood — a branch-like trunk with five carved step niches that each cradle a pillar candle. Stands 73″ (185 cm) on a square steel base. Each piece is one of a kind: the curve, the bark grain, and the way the wood has aged are unique to that single log. For foyers, fireplaces, gallery corners, and quiet living-room walls.

• Place the tower against a flat, stable wall on a level floor — the steel base is heavy and anchors the piece, but the height makes it tippable if struck. Keep clear of high-traffic paths, doorways, and play areas.
• Use real pillar candles only — never tapers, tea lights without holders, or oil/liquid candles. Pillar candles hold their shape and contain their own wax pool; tapers tip, and liquid fuel will drip onto and into the wood.
• Before lighting the first time, place a small metal disc or glass coaster into each niche to catch wax — this protects the wood and makes cleanup easier. Most home stores sell candle plates for this.
• Trim wicks to ¼″ (6 mm) before each lighting. A long wick burns hot, soots the wood above, and can ignite nearby material.
• Never burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time. Let candles cool fully (at least 2 hours) before relighting. The wood directly above each candle warms with use — a long burn cycle compounds the heat.
• Extinguish with a snuffer or by gently pressing the wick into the wax (never blow — this scatters embers). Never use water; hot wax + water can spit.
• If the wood becomes scorched, soot-marked, or develops a burn ring around a niche, stop using that niche and contact us. Continued use risks structural ignition.
• Clean dripped wax once fully hardened: scrape gently with a wooden or plastic tool (never metal), then wipe with a dry cloth. Avoid water and solvents on the wood.
