A ribbed travertine pendant light — a ⌀4.7″ × H6.3″ natural-travertine cylinder hand-carved with horizontal ribs, hung from a walnut-wood holder on a brown braided cord. The ribbed stone catches light along each ridge and glows warmly from the open base. E27 base, bulb included. For dining tables, kitchen islands, bedsides, and entryways.

About natural travertine
Each cylinder is hand-carved from natural travertine. Open pores, surface pitting, and color banding vary piece to piece — these are core characteristics of the stone, not defects or damage. The depth and spacing of the carved ribs also vary slightly between pieces.
About the walnut holder
The holder is real walnut wood — grain pattern and tone vary by piece, and the photograph shows a representative sample.

How is this different from the sliced travertine globe pendant?
Shape and bulb. This Ribbed pendant is a horizontal-ribbed travertine cylinder on a walnut-wood holder, with an E27 bulb glowing from the open base. The Sliced Globe is a travertine sphere cut on a diagonal that glows through the seam, on a G9 bulb. Pick Ribbed for a textured, tactile cylinder with a warm wood holder; pick Sliced Globe for a sculptural orb with a glowing slit.
The travertine has holes and pits — is that a defect?
No — those are natural to travertine. Open pores, surface pitting, and color banding are core characteristics of the stone, not flaws or shipping damage. Each cylinder is hand-carved, so no two are exactly alike, and the rib depth and spacing vary slightly between pieces — that variation is the point of a natural-stone fixture.
What bulb does it use, is it included, and is it dimmable?
One E27 bulb (standard medium base), included. A 2700K warm-white E27 LED gives the warmest glow through the ribbed stone. Dimmable when paired with a dimmable E27 bulb and a compatible wall dimmer (sold separately).
How high should I hang it over a table?
Hang the shade so its base sits 30–36″ above the table or island surface, keeping the open base glow at a comfortable level. The braided cord shortens on-site; for stairwells or high ceilings it can be ordered longer. Email us your ceiling height if you'd like a custom drop.
Can I install it in a bathroom, and what's the warranty?
Only away from water — it's rated IP20 for indoor dry locations, so keep it clear of shower or tub spray. Travertine is porous and the walnut holder is real wood; both absorb moisture. 2-year warranty on the fixture and wiring; E27 bulbs are standard replaceable parts.
