The fixture was very elegant although a bit fiddly to put together. However, had to return due to it not fitting/suiting the intended space. Customer service was excellent and the return and refund process was seamless and quick.

At first I was skeptical about the light fixture as its quite a high price- but after looking around and some more contemplating i committed to buying this fixture. It arrived in a well packaged parcel with no damages at all. Its a very beautiful piece and is almost more of an art than a light! I have yet to hang it up yet but the design is amazing once again. Wonderful product.

Excellent, but be patient, fixture is light and it does take few weeks for the wires to straighten up. Don't weigh down the fixture unless you want to have it bow down.

Great minimalist light. Surprisingly good illumination. The wires are a bit difficult to get straight. I've weighed it down for a few days and that's helping.

Clean, simple, minimalist, and easy to install. Only complaint is it's so light it doesn't pull the cables taught, but they have been straightening out over the last few days. I found this when I gave up trying to find something different and very specific that I'd seen elsewhere. I'm glad I did!
