How do I clean the natural alabaster shades?

Use only a clean, dry microfiber cloth for dusting. Avoid water, detergents, or chemical sprays—they can seep into the porous stone and cause permanent staining or discoloration.

Can I order a custom multi-head configuration or size?

Bosso is hand-built in our atelier in five cluster sizes (1–7 heads). For bespoke sizing or configurations beyond standard options, contact our team to discuss custom possibilities.

How much does the alabaster stone weigh, and will my ceiling support it?

We don't list stone weight specs. You need a licensed electrician to assess your ceiling joists and wiring before installation. Multi-head versions (V3–V10) are heavier than single heads and require proper support.

Can I trim the cord or chain on these pendants?

You can work with an electrician to adjust drop length within limits. The longest available drop is 98.4 inches (V9 and V10). Shorter drops must stay above the minimum hang height of the canopy.

Does the brass version tarnish, and how do I clean the alabaster?

Brass will age and develop patina over time. Wipe the alabaster stone gently with a dry or barely damp soft cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners on the stone.

Bosso Albast Hanglamp

Met de hand gesneden witte albastenen bol opgehangen aan een messing of zwarte metalen staaf. Hoeveel weegt het albastteen en kan mijn plafond het dragen?

We geven geen gewichtsspecificaties voor steen. U hebt een erkend elektricien nodig om de draagkracht van uw plafondbalken en bedrading vóór installatie te beoordelen. Multi-kop-versies (V3–V10) zijn zwaarder dan enkele koppen en vereisen adequate ondersteuning.

Kan ik het snoer of kettinkje van deze hanglampen inkorten?

U kunt met een elektricien werken om de hanglengten naar behoefte aan te passen. De langst beschikbare val is 98,4 inch (V9 en V10). Kortere hangingen moeten boven de minimale ophangingshoogte van de ophanging blijven.

Zal de messingversie aanslaan en hoe reinig ik het albast?
