What is the shade made of?

The shade is natural Spanish alabaster—100% imported from Spain—wrapped around a brass ring. The frosted white panels diffuse light evenly in all directions with no dark spots or shadows underneath.

Yes. The dimmable versions (V2, V4, V6, V8) work with standard wall dimmers so you can adjust brightness to your preference. The non-dimmable versions (V1, V3, V5, V7) run at full brightness.

Can I change the cord or drop length?

Yes. Standard drop is 59 inches from ceiling to the bottom of the ring, but we build to order to match your ceiling height. Send us your ceiling height and a photo of the space, and we'll come back with a drop plan before we ship.

Can this go on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?

The standard canopy fits flat ceilings, and we can build a custom canopy for a sloped or vaulted pitch. Tell us your ceiling pitch before you order, or contact our support team at support@vakkerlight.com if you need help measuring it.

Does it run on US household power?

Yes. It runs on AC 110–240V. An electrician will hardwire it to your ceiling box—it doesn't plug into an outlet.

Is this approved for US use and do you ship here?

Yes to both. We ship free to all 50 states. The fixture is certified for North America.

L'abat-jour est en alabâtre blanc naturel d'Espagne — 100 % importé d'Espagne — enrobé autour d'un anneau en laiton. Les panneaux blanc givrés diffusent la lumière uniformément dans toutes les directions sans créer de zones d'ombre ou de taches sombres en dessous.

Peut-on le dimmer ?

Oui. Les versions variateur (V2, V4, V6, V8) fonctionnent avec des variateurs muraux standard, ce qui vous permet d'ajuster la luminosité à votre guise. Les versions non-variateur (V1, V3, V5, V7) fonctionnent à pleine luminosité.

Puis-je modifier la longueur du câble ou de la chute ?

Oui. La suspension standard est de 59 pouces du plafond jusqu'au bas de l'anneau, mais nous fabriquons sur commande pour s'adapter à la hauteur de votre plafond. Envoyez-nous votre hauteur de plafond et une photo de l'espace, et nous vous proposerons un plan de suspension avant l'expédition.

Peut-on l'installer sur un plafond incliné ou voûté ?

La rosace standard convient aux plafonds plats, et nous pouvons fabriquer une rosace personnalisée pour un plafond en pente ou voûté. Indiquez-nous l'angle de votre plafond avant de passer commande, ou contactez notre équipe d'assistance à support@vakkerlight.com si vous avez besoin d'aide pour le mesurer.

Fonctionne-t-il sur le courant électrique américain ?
