How much ceiling height do I need?

Overall drop is 59″ (150 cm) on adjustable cables that can be lengthened before shipping. Confirm mounting point strength with your electrician; the fixture weighs 16–56 kg depending on size.

Why does each chandelier look different from the photos?

Each panel is cut from natural Spanish alabaster quarried individually. Veining, tone, and raw edges vary uniquely across every slat—no two panels match. This stone variation is the character of real alabaster, not a defect.

Can this fixture be custom-sized?

Seven configurations exist (six round, one linear). For large rooms or specific needs, contact us with dimensions and ceiling height. Our atelier will confirm the right size and mounting requirements within 24 hours.

What type of bulbs do I need?

G9 bases (12–32 depending on size); bulbs not included. Warm white LEDs at 2700–3000K are recommended. G9 bulbs are widely available and easy to replace. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is strongly advised.

How many bulbs does each size hold?

V1 has 18 alabaster panes. V2 has 24. V4 has 48 across both tiers. Each pane surrounds one E12 or E26 bulb socket, depending on your country's wiring. Check your specific variant's spec sheet for exact count.

Can I hang this from a standard bedroom ceiling box?

Yes, if the box is rated for at least 25 pounds and is mounted into a joist or brace. V1 and V5 are light enough for most boxes. V2 and larger should use a crossbar brace bolted to two adjacent joists.

What wattage bulbs fit, and will they get too hot?

Use LED or incandescent bulbs up to 60W per socket in the U.S. market. Alabaster glass diffuses heat well and does not yellow or crack from normal use. Do not use bulbs larger than the socket opening.

Is the brass canopy the same color as the panes?

No. The canopy and suspension hardware are polished brass—warm gold tone. The panes are white frosted alabaster. The contrast is intentional and visible in every size.

Lustre Albâtre Cascade Étagé

Un luminaire suspendu à deux étages avec des panneaux d'albâtre empilés qui diffusent la lumière chaude de manière uniforme. Le plateau en laiton suspend les panneaux de verre dans une formation d'anneau étagé. Parfait au-dessus des tables à manger, îlots de cuisine, chambres et entrées dans les maisons avec des plafonds standards de 8 à 10 pieds.

V1 dispose de 18 panneaux d'albâtre. V2 en compte 24. V4 en comporte 48 répartis sur deux niveaux. Chaque panneau entoure une douille E12 ou E26, selon le câblage de votre pays. Consultez la fiche technique de votre variante spécifique pour le nombre exact.

Puis-je suspendre ce lustre à une boîte de plafond standard?

Oui, si la boîte est conçue pour supporter au minimum 25 livres et est fixée à une solive ou une poutre de renfort. V1 et V5 sont assez légers pour la plupart des boîtes. V2 et les versions plus grandes devraient utiliser une barre de renfort boulonnée à deux solives adjacentes.

Quel est le wattage des ampoules compatibles, et risquent-elles de devenir trop chaudes?

Utilisez des ampoules LED ou incandescentes jusqu'à 60W par douille sur le marché américain. Le verre d'albâtre diffuse bien la chaleur et ne jaunit pas ou ne se fissure pas lors d'une utilisation normale. N'utilisez pas d'ampoules plus grandes que l'ouverture de la douille.

La couronne en laiton est-elle de la même couleur que les panneaux?

Non. La couronne et la quincaillerie de suspension sont en laiton poli — teinte or chaud. Les panneaux sont en albâtre satiné blanc. Ce contraste est volontaire et visible dans chaque taille.
