How does the pull cord switch work?
The pull cord is the string hanging from the balloon. A simple pull toggles the light On or Off. If you have a wall switch, you can leave the pull cord in the 'On' position and use your wall switch for daily control.
Is the glass color translucent enough for reading?
The glass offers beautiful translucency. While darker colors like Red or Blue provide a moodier atmospheric glow, lighter colors like White, Yellow, or Pink provide brighter ambient light suitable for nurseries and play areas.
Can this be installed in a nursery with a low ceiling?
Absolutely! Its flush-mount design sits close to the ceiling, making it a safe and space-saving choice for standard or low-height rooms while still providing that dramatic floating balloon effect.
Is this light dimmable?
Yes. When used with a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible wall dimmer switch, you can easily soften the glow for bedtime or brighten it for playtime.
How do I clean the balloon shade?
Simply use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe away dust. For fingerprints, a soft cloth slightly dampened with a mild glass cleaner works perfectly. Avoid tugging hard on the pull cord while cleaning.
