The Ostreya is a sculptural ceramic table lamp with a hand-built body covered in raised, coral-like rings — a barnacle-and-reef texture in a white glaze, tipped and pooled with gold. A tan fabric drum shade balances the lively base with a calm top. At 12.6″ wide and 21.3″ tall, it's an artful, organic accent for a console, a nightstand, or a living-room side table.
Coral-reef texture

- Place it on a sturdy, level surface; support the ceramic body from the bottom when moving.
- Use an E27 or E26 bulb rated for 110–240V; warm white (2700K) makes the gold details glow.
- Use an LED bulb so the fabric shade and ceramic body stay cool in use.
- Dust the raised texture with a soft, dry brush; the relief has many crevices, so avoid wet wiping that can trap moisture.
- The texture and gold are finished by hand, so each piece varies; the photograph shows a representative sample.
What bulb does the Ostreya use, and will US bulbs fit?
It takes one E27 bulb — the large Edison screw. US E26 bulbs thread into E27 and run on 120V, so standard US bulbs work fine. A warm-white (2700K) LED makes the gold-tipped texture glow against the white glaze.
Will the texture and gold look exactly like the photo?
Close, but not identical. The coral-like texture and the gold tipping are finished by hand, so the pattern and the amount of gold vary from piece to piece. That variation is part of the handmade, organic character — the photograph shows a representative sample.
How big is it, and where does it fit?
It's 12.6″ wide and 21.3″ tall — a medium table lamp with real presence. It suits a console, a nightstand, or a side table where the textured base can be seen and appreciated.
How do I clean the textured base?
Dust it with a soft, dry brush or cloth, working into the raised rings. Avoid soaking or harsh cleaners; the deep texture has many crevices where moisture and grit can collect. Keep the cord and socket area dry.
What is the warranty and support?
2-year warranty on the wiring and fittings; the ceramic is covered against manufacturing defects, with natural texture and gold variation excluded. Bulbs are consumable and not covered, but they're inexpensive E27/E26 replacements. Email support replies within one business day.
