I have been looking at this chandelier for some time. I finally bit the bullet and bought it. It is horrible to put together but well worth it. Absolutely gorgeous. I had to hire an electrician to have it installed but would do it all over again.

I love the product. It is beautiful in my home and was bought at a reasonable price. My issue comes with the installation. My request for installation went through five installers. The first four could not handle the job as the ladders were not tall enough. I would like to suggest that your operators document as much information as possible so that the contractors can pick the jobs more efficiently. When they pick a job and they cannot perform it. It cost more time on the customers and to reschedule and that is not good.

This piece is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Took four hours for our electrician to put it all together but even he said it was one of the most beautiful hes done and the end product was worth the work.

By no means did I know it was going to take FOREVER to set up, but I am absolutely in love with it. It does take HOURS to set it up but its worth it.

Shipped fast, not installed yet but Im sure it will be fabulous!! Still working on the scaffold to install. Havent purchased yet.

This is a beautiful elegant, stunning chandelier! It looks amazing on my high ceiling house. Its looks better in person than in the photos they showed on the website. It took my husband and I to put it together 4 hours plus framing ceiling installation. Its worth it all the way. I definitely recommend this item. ??????

This chandelier is sooo beautiful.it is not easy to put it all together but the finish product is perfect. If you are good solving puzzles then buy it.
