All configurations drop 78.7″. A 9–10 ft ceiling is ideal. On standard 8 ft ceilings, you'll need to shorten the cable substantially. The drop is adjustable via cable, but verify your ceiling structure with an electrician before installation.

Which size is right for a double-height foyer or stairwell?

The 13-light and 15-light configurations work best for tall entry spaces. The 12 cm ball 13-light spreads 19.7″ (16 lbs); the 15 cm ball 13-light spreads 26.8″ (52.9 lbs). Choose based on room width and available ceiling drop.

What's the difference between the 12 cm and 15 cm ball sizes?

12 cm balls (4.7″) create a denser, more delicate cluster; 15 cm balls (5.9″) are bolder and spread wider. Both are natural Spanish alabaster with unique veining. Same 78.7″ drop; different spreads and weights per light count.

Can this be customized or made in a different size?

Yes. Eight configurations are available (two ball sizes × four light counts). For other layouts, contact our atelier—we hand-build each chandelier to order and can discuss custom arrangements.

What bulbs do I need and how do I maintain it?

Each ball takes one G9 bulb (7–19 total depending on size). We recommend warm-white 2700–3000K LED for the best stone reading. Bulbs not included. Dust gently with a soft cloth; avoid harsh cleaners on natural stone.

Came packaged great, it looks amazing and really ties the room together.

If I purchase the 7-globe chandelier, are any of the lengths adjustable or will they all hang at the same exact length? TY

The 7-globe chandelier comes with 200 cm (approximately 78.7 inches) suspension cords by default.

Each cord is adjustable during installation, so the globes do not have to hang at the same exact height. You can arrange them at different lengths to create the look you prefer.

Is it ok for sloped ceiling?
Also I wanted to get informed shortest height of the fixture. I am going to install in my bedroom which has 10foot sloped ceiling. Thank you.
