Common questions

Does this fixture fit in a room with standard 8-foot ceilings?

Yes. The longest drop is 15.7 inches, so it hangs well below typical ceiling height. You have room to spare for wall clearance and sightlines.

Can I swap out just one shade if it breaks?

Individual shades are sold separately. Contact us with your fixture size and we can help you source a replacement shade.

How many bulbs do I need for the 13-head version?

V10 has 13 shades, so you need 13 bulbs. Check the product spec sheet for the exact bulb type and wattage your canopy supports.

What's the difference between the two single-pendant options?

V1 and V2 are both 1-head fixtures with identical dimensions. The difference is in internal wiring or finish detail—your sales team can clarify which suits your needs.

How many heads does this chandelier come in?+

Choose from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, or 13 heads. Each head measures ∅ 5.9″ × H 15.7″. Our atelier can customize the configuration to fit your space and design vision.

What is the adjustable hanging height?+

The chandelier comes with 100cm (39.4″) of adjustable hanging chain. Chains can be extended upon request during your custom order for higher ceilings or larger drop distances.

What ceiling height do I need?+

With 39.4″ of chain adjustment, the fixture adapts to 8–12ft ceilings. For higher installations or custom drops, request extended chains when ordering. Our team can advise on your specific room.

Is this chandelier made to order?+

Yes. Every Cascading Chain Cluster Chandelier is hand-built in our Vakkerlight atelier. Choose your head count and finish, and we craft it specifically for you.

What material are the shades?+

Shades are solid alabaster in white. Metal body is black. Patterns vary naturally on each alabaster piece, making each chandelier unique.

If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers.

From Nature to Light

Alabaster is quarried in solid blocks, often from deposits that have sat undisturbed for thousands of years. What comes out of the ground looks plain — it's only once it's cut and set against light that the stone starts to reveal itself.

That transformation, from a dense, opaque block to something light can move through, is the whole reason this material was chosen for lighting rather than left as a building stone.
