Velmore Linea Pendant
A single bar of alabaster, roughly 7 cm wide and 8 cm tall, runs the full length of the fixture with no visible seams. It's carved from Spanish alabaster — 100% imported from Spain — and its natural veining glows warm and even once lit. Two fine wires suspend it from the ceiling, so the bar appears to float rather than hang. At 100 or 120 cm long, it works well centered over a dining table, along a kitchen island, or above a long desk.

Does it need an electrician?
Yes — it's a hardwired fixture that should be installed by a licensed electrician. It connects to a standard junction box and works with any common wall switch (not included).
How heavy is it, and what does it mount to?
The 100 cm bar weighs about 6.5 kg, and the 120 cm bar about 7.5 kg — real solid stone, not a lightweight shell. Both wires should anchor to a junction box or ceiling structure rated for that weight, not drywall alone.
Can I dim it?
The standard fixture ships with a fixed 3000K warm LED that is not dimmable. A Triac-dimmable warm-light version is available as a custom order — contact us and we'll set it up.
Where does the alabaster come from?
The bar is genuine alabaster quarried in Spain — not resin or faux-alabaster glass. Because it's natural stone, veining and translucency vary slightly from piece to piece.
Is it certified for North America and Europe?
Yes. It holds certifications compatible with North America, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and Australia and operates on AC 110–240V worldwide.

What size should I choose for my dining table or kitchen island?+
The 39.4″ length suits tables 36–48″ wide; the 47.2″ works for 48–60″+ surfaces. Both mount centered above with two fine suspension wires for a floating appearance. Contact us for custom sizing.
Does this need an electrician to install?+
Yes. It's hardwired to a junction box and requires a licensed electrician. Both suspension wires must anchor to ceiling framing rated for 6.5–7.5 kg—never drywall alone. Works with any standard wall switch.
Where does the alabaster come from, and will each fixture look the same?+
All alabaster is quarried in Spain and 100% imported. Because it's natural stone, veining and translucency vary naturally from piece to piece—each bar is unique. No resin or faux-alabaster.
How do I clean and maintain the alabaster bar?+
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. The integrated LED is replaceable if damaged; contact us for a replacement module. Not suitable for bathrooms or damp locations; indoor use only.
