Non-dimmable vs TRIAC dimmable — which Tala variant should I pick?

Pick TRIAC dimmable if you want to adjust brightness from 10% to 100% with a wall dimmer. The TRIAC variant requires an external TRIAC wall dimmer (sold separately — see Amazon recommendation above). What TRIAC dimmer should I buy for the dimmable variant?

How do I clean alabaster without damaging the stone?
