What is the shade made of?

The shade is genuine linen fabric, which softens and diffuses light. The bamboo frame is natural wood, lightweight and sustainable.

Can I dim this light?

Yes. Install a compatible dimmer switch in the wall box. Contact support@vakkerlight.com to order with a triac-dimmable driver as a build-to-order option.

Can I change the drop length or cord length?

Yes. The fixture ships with 150 cm (59 in) of adjustable cable. Longer drops and custom cord lengths are available as build-to-order. Email support@vakkerlight.com with your room height and desired drop.

Does it work on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?

Yes. A custom canopy can be made to fit angled ceilings. Contact support@vakkerlight.com with your ceiling angle and height for a quote.

Can I use this in the US?

Yes. It is rated for AC 110–240V and certified for North America. An electrician must hardwire it to your ceiling box. US orders ship free to all 50 states.

This lamp is gorgeous! Really stands out. I really feel I got my money's worth!!

Looked for a long time to find this

I was looking for a very specific vibe and a very affordable price. This completely pulled my daughters room redo together. We have low ceilings and it comes with a very long cord, so my husband shortened it so it is almost a semi- flush. It just hangs down the right amount for the space. It makes a really cool pattern on the ceiling when its on at night. Just what I was looking for and a great price. You wont be sorry.

Love this light!

Love the size, color and ambiance it brings to my modern, rustic kitchen remodel. It just looks so good and I love it! Its sturdy and well made. It was just the right fit for me. At night it gives off good light, I usually just leave that one on and its more than sufficient.

Rattan hanging lights

Just adore these lights. The previous ceiling lights were so glaring and uncomfortable. These provide softer and lovely lighting. I used a soft white LED lightbulb which is so nice and pretty. They seem to be well made and were easy to install.
