Metal and iron. The disks are powdercoated steel; the vertical support is a steel rod. Each disk has a magnetic base.

It works with any standard wall switch. For dimmer control, contact support@vakkerlight.com to discuss a build-to-order triac-dimming version.

What kind of light does it throw?

Indirect. The illuminated top disk bounces light onto the wall above and beside it, creating soft ambient glow and sculptural shadows cast by the lower disks.

What does installation require?

Hardwired installation. An electrician must connect the fixture to an electrical junction box in the wall. No outlet needed.

Will it work in the US?

Yes. It accepts 110–240V AC current and is certified for North America. All US orders ship free to all 50 states.

調光できますか?

間接照明です。上部ディスクの照明が壁の上下左右に光を反射させ、柔らかなアンビエント光を生成し、下部ディスクが彫刻的な影を投影します。

直結配線型の取り付けです。壁内の電気ジャンクションボックスに接続するため、電気工事士による施工が必要です。コンセント不要。

Very happy. The condition is perfect. No Kozac, cuts. Metal base and magnetic metal spheres. Very satisfied with the purchase.

The lamp is quite decent, all the details are made of metal, the base is a bar, to which the arc with a LED is stationary (a smaller disc) and magnets (to which in an arbitrary order you can attach colored discs, keep well. On removable discs on the inside, a thin felt fabric is glued. Color coating with heat (small uneven), the pink disc is more acid color than in the seller's photo, so repainted it in gray. I use the lamp as a night light, it will not work for reading. Delivery 1 month. To Yekaterinburg.

This works well for task lighting. Fairly easy to mount and reasonably easy to adjust to a good range of angles and heights.
