The Three Arm Ceiling Lamp is a suspended interpretation of the iconic 1950s three-arm floor lamp. It maintains the dynamic, sculptural aesthetic of the original — where engineering becomes art. A statement piece for spaces that value design heritage.

Is this an original designer-brand piece?

No. This is Vakkerlight's own design-inspired piece. It faithfully recreates the sculptural aesthetic and signature construction details of the 1950s French design — including the six-sided brass hardware, arm-to-reflector joints, and steel tube lines — and it is made in our own workshop.

What sizes are available?

Two configurations: the 3-head version spans 59" (150 cm) and weighs 11 lbs (5 kg); the 6-head version spans 86.6" (220 cm) and weighs 22 lbs (10 kg). Both are 19.7" (50 cm) in height.

What bulb does it use?

Standard E26 (or E27) base — the most common socket in the US. Compatible with LED or Edison-style bulbs. Bulbs are not included. For the classic mid-century look, warm Edison bulbs (2200–2700K) are recommended.

Does it require hardwiring?

Yes. This is a hardwired ceiling fixture. A licensed electrician is recommended for installation, particularly for the 6-head version given its weight of 22 lbs (10 kg).

I ordered this light on July 25, 2025 and installed it today Sept 7, 2025. I had reached out to customer service via email about a week ago just to check tracking that had been provided on 8/12 and was responded to professionally and promptly within one day. The light is well built and heavy actually. I’m very pleased.

Modern and cool

Bought this a few days ago. Very nice fixture;looks good. The instructions were limited as is mentioned in the other comments. However, I hired an electrician to install this and he had no problems. Recommending that you do the same if you purchase this.

Installation is a process but its worth it.

Installing it is definitely a process. It takes some ingenuity to thread the wires through the polls. But the light looks so great and was worth it. Do yourself a favor and install a ceiling medallion as well. It takes the look up a notch.

Lovely replica and great customer service

The light fixture itself is beautiful and the quality of light works well in our home. A month ago the switch made a crackling noise and the light just went out. We contacted the seller and they happily replaced it under the warranty immediately. Now we have our beautiful light back and so far this fixture doesnt have the same issues. First one must have been faulty.

Modified perfection

The quality is wonderful. A heavy duty high quality fixture with a beautiful paint job. We wanted the arms flush with the ceiling so we bought some hardware to modify the arms and after some trial and error are delighted with the outcome. This fixture looks like a million bucks without breaking the bank!
