Solid alabaster columns, lit from the inside
Each shade is one piece of natural alabaster with a brass cap. Turn it on and the stone itself glows — you can see the veining right through the wall of the column, and no two read the same. This is the fixture in most of the big spiral-stair installs on our site.
Real stone, real light
The LED sits inside the column, so the alabaster wall itself softens the light. Warm 3000K through actual stone.
Six stock sizes from a single column to 15 columns at H 157″ — sized for two-story voids and open stairwells.
Works with common wall dimmers as standard; a Triac version is available for smoother low-end dimming.

The stairwell size
Nine columns spiraling down about ten feet — the size most buyers land on for a two-story foyer. Lowest column ends up around 7 ft off the floor.
1 & 3 lights
A single column to sample the stone, or three over an island or landing.
12 & 15 lights
For open stair voids past 15 ft — the 15-light runs just over 13 ft of stone.

Common questions
What size chandelier for a 2 story foyer?
For a two-story foyer or open stair void, most buyers go with the 9-light (Ø 17.7″ × H 118″) or 12-light (Ø 19.7″ × H 138″). The columns hang at staggered heights down the void; the lowest one should end up about 7 ft above the floor. Send us your ceiling height and we'll tell you which size actually fits.
Will each alabaster column look the same?
No two are identical. Each column is carved from natural alabaster, so the veining and warmth vary from piece to piece — that's the point of real stone. Lit up, every column shows its own pattern.
Will I ever have to change a bulb over the stairs?
Not routinely. Each column has an integrated 3000K LED — there are no bulbs to swap, so no ladders over the staircase. If an LED ever fails after years of use, it can be replaced at an authorized service point.
Is it dimmable?
Yes — two ways. The standard version works with common wall dimmers, and there's a Triac-dimmable version (+$50) for smoother low-end dimming on home automation systems.
