Does it come with bulbs?
It depends on the version. The standard version does not include bulbs — you will need to purchase G4 bulbs separately. The Triac dimmable version includes compatible dimmable G4 light sources.
What bulb does it use?
G4 bi-pin base, ~2W per arm. Warm G4 LED bulbs (2700–3000K) are recommended for the best firefly-like glow through the acrylic leaves.
Can it be installed on a sloped ceiling?
Yes — up to 30°. For steeper slopes, contact our support team after purchase for a compatible swivel mount adapter.
What sizes are available?
Four configurations: 30-head (∅27.6"), 45-head (∅32.7"), 54-head (∅35.8"), and 63-head (∅40.6"). All are 13.8 inches tall.
What dimmer switch is required for the dimmable version?
A Triac (Thyristor) dimmer switch. Standard rotary or LED dimmers are not compatible and may cause flickering or damage.

What size Firefly should I choose for my dining table?+
The 45-head (32.7″ diameter) suits tables seating 4–6. The 54-head (35.8″) works for 6–8 seats. The 63-head (40.6″) fits larger tables. All stand 13.8″ tall. Choose based on your table width and ceiling height—custom sizing available from our atelier.
Does this chandelier come with bulbs?+
The Standard Version does not include bulbs—purchase G4 bi-pin bulbs separately. The Triac Dimmable Version includes compatible dimmable G4 bulbs. Warm-toned 2700–3000K LEDs recommended for best firefly ambiance.
What is the minimum ceiling height required?+
Included suspension rod is 50 cm (19.7″). Custom lengths available on request. For 8-foot ceilings, plan 7–9 feet clear ceiling height minimum. Contact our team for custom drop lengths fitting your space.
Can I install this on a sloped ceiling?+
Yes, compatible with slopes up to 30°. After purchase, contact our support team to receive a swivel mount adapter for proper installation on angled ceilings.
Which color finish works better—Gold or Black?+
Gold & White Glass suits warm, traditional spaces and complements wood tones. Black & White Glass fits modern, contemporary interiors. Both pair white translucent glass leaves for soft light scatter. Choose based on your room's frame and décor.
