Our cul-de-sac is very dark at night and it felt a little unsafe... I went ahead and bought two of these (based on reviews) and am quite impressed with the quality and brightness. They are self-regulating as the brightness is determined by battery level... Even with trees that block the morning sun, they turn on at dusk and stay bright well into the night... Just two of them mounted on 4x6 fence posts light up a sizable area... Install was easy using a few wood screws and washers to secure into place... Overall, this is a great product and highly recommended...

Beautiful Lamp that worked perfectly in the spot we needed. High quality.

The installation was incredibly easy, and I was able to do it all by myself. All I had to do was secure the base of the lamp in the ground and then connect the two solar lamps to the wires. The instructions were very clear, and it didn't take me long at all.

We have a couple of steps that lead up to our main door that were made very short and when dark could be dangerous if you didnt know, or wasnt used to them. This solar lamp gives plenty of light to make them visual, and has made these steps much safer when going out after dark. This is heavy duty and very well made. It has the option to be bolted down, but where we have it, it isnt necessary. This would look very nice on posts as well. It is a little pricey, but is very well made so guess that is to be expected now days. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a well made solar light that will last for a long time. I cant say for certain I suppose, as I havent had it that long, but because of the quality I do anticipate it lasting a very long time.

The lights are made of high quality stainless steel material, making them extremely durable and waterproof. They also look great in my garden and provide ample light for walking around at night.

LOCATION: Deck south facing put semi shaded in SouthEast USA in November testing. Seems to have a large enough solar panel to charge the light even on partly cloudy short daylight days to keep the light burning all night long. I have been experimenting with solar lights and this one is the longest lasting one I have found so far. Others in same location with smaller panel are just lasting a few hours.
I am looking for something that will last all night long for my deck and that will project a wide path of light for safety while letting the dogs out for their last walkabout before bed. This one does not project enough for pathway safety put does have a nice ambient light for gate post and deck post for landscape lighting. I would highly recommend this for landscape type lighting put not for pathway safety lighting unless spaced close together.

This outdoor light has really quality and light up out backyard perfectly. It is very to install and an excellent decoration to our backyard as well! Must get if you have a backyard!

If you like the look of the fixtures you will not have any issue with this one as it is quality manufactured of quality materials. Should last many years.

Post light will work nice where a soft glowing light is needed such as illuminating pathways, but not enough Lumens to use as an area light.

Design and finish are high quality.
