It arrived in a well packaged parcel with no damages at all. Its a very beautiful piece and is almost more of an art than a light! I have yet to hang it up yet but the design is amazing once again. Wonderful product.

Excellent, but be patient, fixture is light and it does take few weeks for the wires to straighten up. Don't weigh down the fixture unless you want to have it bow down.

Great minimalist light. Surprisingly good illumination. The wires are a bit difficult to get straight. I've weighed it down for a few days and that's helping.

Clean, simple, minimalist, and easy to install. Only complaint is it's so light it doesn't pull the cables taught, but they have been straightening out over the last few days. I found this when I gave up trying to find something different and very specific that I'd seen elsewhere. I'm glad I did!

Hidden beauty. But the light of ma house people look at it twice .. and give a wonderful complement on how it gave a bold look to my kitchen.

Future game room with pool table to be added on Friday! Love the sleek look. Easy-ish to assemble (took us 40 mins although it says 20 mins). Overall happy with the price and purchase!
