A 73.6″ (187 cm) tall sculptural floor piece — a single elongated solid-wood blade rising from a stainless steel disc base. Five wooden ball-tip hooks step up the blade for coats, scarves, and bags. A stainless steel valet ring at mid-height holds keys, wallets, watches, and daily small items. A detachable USB-C rechargeable night light with motion sensor mounts magnetically and auto-lights the area when you walk by in the dark. USB-C rechargeable, motion-sensor, magnetically mounted
The night light is a small detachable disc that snaps to the blade with a built-in magnet. It contains its own warm-white LED, a rechargeable battery, a motion sensor, and a light sensor. In the dark, walking past triggers the LED on for about 15–20 seconds, then it auto-dims off — useful for finding your keys at 2 a.m. without flipping a wall switch. Charging is USB-C; the cable plugs into the disc directly. A full charge typically lasts several weeks of normal use depending on activations.
Spin to access — no need to walk around the piece
The wood blade is mounted to the stainless steel base through a smooth rotating joint. Push gently on any side of the blade and the whole column turns on its axis — handy when the piece sits against a wall or in a tight entryway corner and you need to reach a hook on the far side. There's no lock, the rotation holds in place by friction. Intended for typical coats, scarves, and bags on the hooks, and small daily items (keys, wallet, watch, glasses) on the valet ring. Not designed for heavy loads.
Cherry-tone solid hardwood, stainless steel base
The blade is a single piece of solid hardwood, finished in a warm cherry tone. Each piece shows natural wood grain — pattern, knot placement, and exact tone vary subtly between units. - Place on a flat, level floor — the weighted stainless base keeps the column stable. Check that the floor is level before testing rotation.
- Confirm at least 200 cm (6.6 ft) of overhead clearance at the placement spot — the column itself is 187 cm tall.
- Test the 360° rotation gently before loading — the column should turn smoothly without sticking. Light hand pressure is enough.
- Charge the magnetic night light before first use via the included USB-C cable. The light usually charges in 2–3 hours.
- Attach the night light to its magnetic mount on the blade — you can move it to either side. Test by covering the light sensor and waving a hand near it; the LED should come on.
- Hang coats, scarves, and bags on the hooks; set keys, wallet, and watch on the valet ring. Avoid heavy loads (rule of thumb: nothing heavier than a winter coat per hook).
- Indoor dry locations only — not designed for outdoor, garage, or damp environments where humidity or rain could reach the wood.
- Dust the wood with a soft, dry cloth in the direction of the grain. Wipe the stainless steel base and ring with a slightly damp microfiber, then dry immediately to prevent water marks.
Where in my home does it work best?
Entryway, bedroom corner, dressing room, or hallway — anywhere you'd put a coat stand but also want a small sculptural object. The 187 cm height needs at least a 200 cm ceiling, and the 40 × 40 cm footprint plus hook span asks for about 60 cm of floor clearance on the active side. It's not meant for closets or storage rooms — the design rewards being seen.
How does the night light work and how often does it need charging?
The night light is a small disc that magnetically attaches to the blade. It combines a motion sensor with a light sensor — it only fires when motion is detected AND the room is dark, so it doesn't burn battery during the day. A typical activation runs the warm-white LED for 15–20 seconds, then auto-dims off. Charging is USB-C; a full charge usually lasts several weeks under normal use, longer if you only walk past at night a few times. To recharge, lift the disc off the magnet and plug in the cable.
How does the 360° rotation work? Will it spin on its own?
The wood blade sits on a rotating joint inside the stainless base. The rotation is friction-held — push gently and it turns; let go and it stays put. It won't spin on its own from the weight of a coat or two. Useful when you place the piece against a wall or in a corner: rotate to reach hooks on the far side instead of walking around.
How much weight can each hook hold?
Each hook is designed for typical coats, scarves, hats, and light bags — about the weight of a winter coat. Do not hang heavy items like a loaded backpack or wet outerwear from a single hook. The valet ring at mid-height is sized for keys, wallets, watches, and similar small objects — not for hanging additional bags.
Will the wood grain look exactly like the photos?
The blade is a single piece of solid hardwood, so the grain pattern, knot placement, and exact warm-cherry tone vary subtly between pieces. The photos are representative — every unit sits in the same family, but small natural variation is normal and part of the material. Stainless steel parts are uniform across units.
