No. It's plug-in with a 59″ cord and standard wall outlet—no hardwiring required. Mount the included wall bracket with screws, clip on the shade, and plug in. Use the inline switch or pull cord to control the light.

Four shapes: Ball (∅11″ × H15.7″), Round Ball (∅11.8″ × H11.8″), Cigar (∅11.8″ × H11″), and Saucer (∅15.7″ × H8.6″). All feature white polymer shades with walnut and chrome finishes.

What bulb does it use?

Standard E26 or E27 base—most common US socket. Works with LED or Edison-style bulbs. We recommend 2200–2700K Edison bulbs to complement the mid-century aesthetic. Bulb not included.

How does the swivel hinge work?

The hinge lets you pivot the shade to redirect light without removing it from the wall. Perfect for bedside reading, task lighting, or adjusting ambiance. One-handed adjustment keeps the bracket fixed.

I did so much research comparing this to the original design which cost more than twice the price of the lamp sold on this site. Not only is this price amazing, but also the design is identical in terms of the materials and dimensions. This lamp is gorgeous. Even knowing its size, I was awed by how substantial it is in person. Was tired of night stand lamps. Wanted something on the wall. These were easy to mount! Though the ground screw either the head or the screw body pokes into wall. So you actually have to drill it a bit so the mount sits flush. Paired with smart led bulbs!

I absolutely love how these look! I never did like floor lamps because they take up so much space and I do think the square base of these makes them look extra classy. this also allows you to choose how tall you want your lighting in the room. Highly recommend.!!

Easy to install. Pay attention to screws and light base alignment. Mount the cord with some cord clips for a clean look (straight cable looks so much nicer). Im getting a lot of compliments on these fixtures
