RBS Cactus Leuchte 2019 Ausgestellt im Golden Triangle zu unserer 30-jährigen Jubiläumsfeier + Global Best. Der Designer arbeitet in vielen verschiedenen Maßstäben, Materialien und Prozessen. Alle Arbeiten zeigen ein verfeinertes Verständnis für Materialien und ästhetische Einfachheit. Kürzlich hat der Designer weltweite Anerkennung für seine Eiskastgefäße und seine sandgegossene Harzmöbel erhalten. „Nachdem ich mich tief in den Prozess der Erstellung von Sandmöbeln vertieft habe, sah mein Atelier wie eine Wüste aus mit mehreren Zentimetern Sand auf dem Boden.

Und kein Dessert ist ohne einen Kaktus vollständig. Ich habe die RBS Cactus Leuchten auf ähnliche Weise wie die Möbel erstellt: durch das Schnitzen eines massiven Sandblocks und das dauerhaft Fixieren mit Harz. Dieses Stück enthält ein Glaselement, das von Hand in eine handgeschnitzte Sandbläser-Form geblasen wurde.
