Auf der Unterseite wird es von einem atemberaubenden Sockel aus weißem Carrara- oder schwarzem Marquina-Marmor beschwert. Schaft und Kegel sind in lackiertem Stahl oder gebürstetem Messing erhältlich. Der Diffusor ist aus opal fotograviertem PC (Polycarbonat) spritzgegossen. Sein Netzkabel misst 200 Zentimeter und verfügt über einen Fußschalter mit EIN-AUS-Funktionen.

Inspiration hinter dem Design: Dieses fein ausbalancierte Stück des Künstlers hat eine Dualität. „Ich wollte eine Leuchte entwerfen, die zwei Zwecken dient“, sagt er. „Es ist ein Aufheller, der den Raum mit Umgebungslicht beleuchtet, und seine Rotation bietet auch einen gedämpften Begleiter zum Lesen. Es gibt eine Vorstellung von Gleichgewicht, mit einem Kegel, der sanft auf seiner Spitze auf einer rotierenden Stange ruht.“
