Bulb & Light Source

G4 bulb — you must select AC 120V (not DC 12V)

This lamp uses a G4 base and operates on AC mains voltage. When purchasing G4 bulbs, always select the AC 120V (or AC 110–240V) option. Do not select DC 12V — DC 12V G4 bulbs are incompatible with this fixture and will not work correctly. Bulbs are not included.

G4 base — LED or Edison bulb (not included)

Compatible with G4 LED and small Edison bulbs rated for AC voltage. A warm 2700–3000K bulb is recommended to deepen the golden crystal halo effect and enhance the prismatic light refraction of each ball.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which voltage do I select when buying G4 bulbs?

Always select AC 120V (or AC 110–240V). Do not select DC 12V — DC G4 bulbs are not compatible with this fixture and will not function correctly.

What size is each crystal ball?

Each crystal ball is ∅10 cm (3.9 inches) in diameter.

What is the difference between round and square canopy?

Round canopy has a circular ceiling plate; square canopy has a square plate. The number of balls and cluster dimensions are the same — only the ceiling mounting plate shape differs. Select based on your ceiling junction box shape and aesthetic preference.

Can this lamp be used outdoors or in a bathroom?

No. Indoor use only. The lamp is not waterproof or moisture-resistant.

Can the hanging height be adjusted?

Yes. The standard cable is 59″ (150 cm) adjustable. Extensions are available on request — contact us before ordering.

Does installation require an electrician?

Yes. The fixture is hardwired to your ceiling junction box. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is recommended, especially for larger configurations.

It's so beautiful and looks very good quality. I love it and it's cheap. Item received earlier than I thought. Exactly as described.

These light fixtures are beautiful. Works with our color scheme in the home perfectly. They are quite transparent when the bulbs are on so we cannot appreciate the golden hues. We are happy with this purchase. I would say just be careful with the cord length. I cut them a couple inches too short so theyre not hanging at level that wouldve been best. Err on the side of long because you can always go shorter later.
