Small traces from the PVC molding process are visible on the bottom of the shade. This is a normal characteristic of how the shade is formed and is not a quality issue.

Why are there marks on the bottom of the shade?
Small mold traces on the underside are a normal characteristic of PVC forming — not a quality defect.
Does it look different when on vs off?
Yes — off shows the sculptural molten form; on creates a mesmerizing mirror effect through the PVC.
What bulb does it use?
E26 (US/CA) or E27 (EU/AU). Warm Edison globe (2700–3000K) recommended. Bulbs not included.
Is this hardwired or plug-in?

What size should I choose for my dining table?+
∅11″ suits tables for 4–6; ∅15″ works for 6–8 seaters; ∅18.9″ for larger gatherings. The 15 ft cord allows flexible positioning. Order custom sizing through our atelier if needed.
How does the mirror effect work?+
Unlit, it's a sculptural organic form. When powered on with warm-toned bulbs (2700–3000K), light refracts through the molten PVC surface, creating a mesmerizing mirror effect that transforms the entire aesthetic.
What bulb do I need, and is it included?+
Uses E26 (US/Canada) or E27 (EU/Australia) base. Bulbs not included. A warm Edison globe (2700–3000K) is recommended to enhance the mirror effect beautifully.
Is installation difficult? Do I need an electrician?+
No electrician needed. Plug-in design with 180″ (15 ft) cord and inline push button switch. Mount the twisted ceiling rose, hang the shade, plug in—that's it.
