Common questions

Can I hang this over my dining table?

Yes. Model A (V1 or V2) works well over a standard table. Model B (V3 or V4) is taller and narrower. The two-light cluster (V5 or V6) spans 25.6 inches wide and hangs up to 59 inches, suitable for longer tables or islands in rooms with at least 8 feet of ceiling height.

What's the difference between wood color and walnut?

Wood color is a lighter, natural tan. Walnut is a deeper brown. Both finishes are hand-carved solid wood. Pick based on your existing furniture and whether you want a warm or darker look.

Is there a two-light option?

Yes. The Model A+B cluster (V5 or V6) pairs one compact fixture with one tall fixture, creating an asymmetrical two-light pendant. Total span is 25.6 inches wide and 59 inches from ceiling to bottom of the lower globe.

How do I choose between Model A and Model B?

Model A is 15.3 inches tall with an 11.4-inch diameter—compact and rounded. Model B is 20.8 inches tall with an 8.2-inch diameter—taller and narrower. Use Model A for a bolder presence over a table, Model B for a more refined single point, or combine both for the cluster look.

Each board is assessed for grain quality and moisture content. Timber is kiln-dried to prevent future movement before entering the workshop.

Turning & Shaping

Forms are shaped on the lathe, routed, and hand-carved where the design demands it. Traditional joinery ensures strength without relying on adhesives alone.

Finishing & Wiring

Multiple coats of hand-applied oil or lacquer, sanded between each pass. Electrical components fitted by certified technicians and tested before shipping.
