Beam is a minimalist table lamp built from a square frosted-acrylic shade set on a flat brushed-steel blade and cross foot. The frosted panels diffuse the bulb into a soft, even wash — warm light through clean geometry — while small ball-tipped screws hold the shade in a quiet nod to industrial detailing. The open-top shade lets a little light spill upward as well.
Compact at 7.9″ wide × 16.9″ tall (20 × 43 cm) — a slim footprint for a nightstand, desk, shelf, or console. E26/E27 socket on a plug-in cord; bulb sold separately. The weighted cross foot keeps the slim profile stable.

What bulb should I use, and is it dimmable?+
Use a standard E26/E27 globe-style LED, 40–60W equivalent, 2700–3000K warm white (sold separately). For dimming, pair a Triac-dimmable LED bulb with a compatible Triac wall dimmer.
Where does this lamp fit best?+
At 7.9″ wide × 16.9″ tall, its slim footprint suits narrow nightstands, desks, bookshelves, and consoles where a round shade would be too wide.
Is it plug-in, and do I need an electrician?+
Yes, it is plug-in with an inline switch on the cord—no electrician required. Choose from US, UK, AU, or EU plug options.
What is the shade made of, and will it yellow?+
Frosted acrylic, which diffuses light evenly and is lighter and more shatter-resistant than glass. It will not yellow under normal warm-LED use.
How do I clean the lamp?+
Wipe the acrylic with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive pads and solvents. Wipe the steel along its grain with a dry or barely-damp cloth.
