⚠️ Mandatory Installation Limits

For your safety and the structural integrity of the fan, please strictly adhere to the following:

No Gypsum/Wood Panels: Cannot be installed on drywall, gypsum, or thin wood panels (causes severe wobbling and noise).
Load Bearing: Must be installed on solid cement concrete or solid wood beams capable of supporting over 20 kg (44 lbs). Beam width must be ≥ 6 cm.
Flat Ceilings Only: Sloped or vaulted ceilings are not supported by the standard hardware.
Gasket Requirement: When installing the blades, you must use the provided gaskets. Failure to do so will damage the copper motor wires.

Switch Compatibility Notice

This fixture utilizes an advanced 6-speed DC motor. It cannot be paired with standard home wall dimmers or traditional fan dial switches. To control the light and fan, you must use the included Handheld Remote. If you prefer wall control, it is exclusively compatible with our specialized Wireless Wall Switch (sold separately).

Can I wire this to two separate wall switches (one for light, one for fan)?

No. This is a DC motor fan. You only need a single standard On/Off power line from the ceiling. All independent controls for the light and the fan speeds are handled internally by the receiver unit and operated via the included handheld remote.

What is a DC motor and why is it better?

Direct Current (DC) motors are up to 70% more energy-efficient than traditional AC motors. They run virtually silent (whisper-quiet), offer more speed options (6 speeds), and run cooler, which significantly extends the life of the fan.

Can I install this on a sloped ceiling?

The standard canopy included is designed for flat ceilings. If you must install on a sloped ceiling, please contact our customer service team prior to ordering, as specialized compatible accessories will be required.

How do I change the light color temperature?

The integrated LED system features three color temperatures (3000K Warm, 4000K Neutral, and 6000K Cool). You can easily cycle through these colors using the dedicated light button on the included remote control.
