What sizes does the Melody come in?

Three sizes: ∅15.7″ x H5.5″ (~26W), ∅19.7″ x H5.5″ (~36W), and ∅23.6″ x H5.5″ (~52W). All have the same slim 5.5″ flush-mount height, ideal for standard residential ceilings.

What color temperatures are available?

Default is 3000K Warm White (cozy, ideal for bedrooms). Neutral White (4000K) and Cool White (6000K) are available—select at checkout or contact support before ordering.

Is the LED replaceable?

Yes. The integrated LED is user-replaceable with an exceptionally long lifespan. Vakkerlight offers ongoing light source support—if your LED ever fails, we'll provide a compatible replacement.

Do I need an electrician to install this?

This is a hardwired ceiling fixture. A licensed electrician is recommended for safe installation. It mounts flush to standard ceilings and works with any wall switch (or Triac dimmer if dimmable).

What is the Melody made of?

Iron, metal, and acrylic. The body and shade are the same color in each finish.

Can I dim the Melody?

Yes. Order the Triac dimmable version and pair it with a Triac dimmer switch or remote control dimmer for flicker-free brightness control.

How much ceiling space do I need, and what room size works best?

The Melody sits 5.5 inches from the ceiling. All three sizes work in standard 8-foot and 9-foot ceilings. The 15.7-inch diameter suits smaller bedrooms; the 19.7-inch works well in mid-sized rooms; the 23.6-inch fills larger living rooms.

Can I install this on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?

Yes. Contact support@vakkerlight.com to discuss your ceiling slope or vault. We can build a custom canopy to fit your installation.

Will this work in a US home, and does shipping cost extra?

Yes. The Melody runs on standard US household power (110–240V AC) and is certified for North America. All US orders ship free to all 50 states.
