How much weight does this chandelier add to the ceiling?

V1 weighs over 300 lbs. You cannot hang it from drywall or standard electrical boxes. A structural engineer should verify your ceiling can support it before installation.

What finish does it come in?

V1 is brass. The frame and branch arms are brass. Crystal drops provide the sparkle when lit.

Can I use this in a standard 9-foot ceiling room?

No. This fixture requires a space over 12 feet tall to hang safely and look correct. The longest drop is 141.7 inches, which is 11.8 feet of vertical space needed below the mounting point.

Does the brass finish tarnish or change color over time?

Wow - this chandelier is more even more beautiful than in the pictures! We hired professionals to do the wiring, assembly, and installation. It took about six hours. So happy with this purchase!!

This chandelier was a Christmas gift to me from me during my home renovation. It is a statement piece that is gorgeous, especially at night when you can see it through the palladium window! When the morning sunlight hits each crystal through the palladium window, a delightful, colorful show appears on the walls and ceiling of my foyer! Awesome, beautiful. Just dont trust and order install from Vakkerlight and get it done by your own contractor. Its 1 day work to install on a high ceiling and worth it.

I love the product. It is beautiful in my home and was bought at a reasonable price. My issue comes with the installation. My request for installation went through five installers. The first four could not handle the job as the ladders were not tall enough. I would like to suggest that your operators document as much information as possible so that the contractors can pick the jobs more efficiently. When they pick a job and they cannot perform it. It cost more time on the customers and to reschedule and that is not good.

This light takes a very long time to install and you will need a ladder and help. It is gorgeous once installed.
