Uses a standard E26 (or E27) base — the most common socket in the US. LED or Edison-style filament bulbs both work. An Edison-style bulb at 2200–2700K is recommended to complement the warm brass and wood tones. Bulbs not included.

- Compatible with any standard wall switch (not included).
- For indoor use only. Not suitable for bathrooms or any damp/wet locations.
What configurations are available?
Four options: 3-lamp standard (∅26.8" × H16.7"), 5-lamp standard (∅30.7" × H16.7"), 3-lamp tall (∅26.8" × H24.6"), and 5-lamp tall (∅30.7" × H24.6"). The "tall" versions have a taller frame between the canopy and the shades — both use the same glass shade size.
What bulb is recommended?
E26 or E27 base. An Edison-style filament bulb at 2200–2700K is recommended — the warm glow complements the brass tones and wood beautifully. LED or halogen E26 bulbs also work. Bulbs are not included.
What finish options are available?
Three body finishes: Brass (gold-toned metal), Walnut (dark wood tone), and Wood color (natural light wood). All versions feature white glass shades.
Can the hang height be extended?
Yes. A 19.7" (50 cm) rod is included. Custom extensions are available on request — contact our support team before ordering if you need a longer drop for high ceilings.
Is this chandelier hardwired?
Yes. It connects to your ceiling's electrical supply and is controlled via a standard wall switch (not included). A licensed electrician is recommended for installation.
If it is a product quality problem or transportation damage, we will provide free return and exchange services, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers.

Shipping charges

Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and related clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country’s laws and import thresholds.
Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
If customs or the carrier requests additional information for clearance, the customer may need to cooperate by providing the required documentation or confirmation.
Address and delivery issues
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering.
If there is a delivery issue caused by an incomplete address, incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to cooperate with the carrier, or failure to collect a parcel when required, the customer may be responsible for any resulting additional shipping, storage, return, or redelivery charges.
We will do our best to assist in communicating with the carrier, but in some cases the recipient may need to contact the local carrier directly to arrange redelivery or pickup.
Returned, refused, or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of:

an incorrect or incomplete address,

repeated failed delivery attempts,

refusal of delivery,

failure to pay applicable customs charges,

or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier,
then any original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs-related charges, and redelivery fees may be deducted from any eligible refund or charged before reshipment.
If the customer requests a refund for a returned parcel, the refund will be processed only after the parcel has been received back and inspected.
Non-delivery while in transit
Orders cannot be refunded solely because they have not arrived by a preferred date while they are still in active transit.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or if there is another verified shipping issue, we will review the case and provide assistance in accordance with our shipping and refund policies.
Shipping restrictions
We may be unable to ship certain items to some countries, regions, or remote areas due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, local regulations, product size, or logistics constraints.
