These bulbs are sold exclusively as replacement parts for customers who have purchased a Vakkerlight fixture — either in a current order or previously.
Standalone bulb-only orders from new customers will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded. If you did not buy your fixture from Vakkerlight, we recommend purchasing a compatible bulb on Amazon — shipping is faster and the selection is broader.
Order Cancellation & Refund
If no qualifying fixture purchase is found in your order history, the order will be cancelled and refunded automatically within 3–7 business days. If you believe your order was cancelled in error, contact our support team with your order number before cancellation is processed.

Can I order just the bulbs without a fixture?
Bulb-only orders are reserved for existing customers who have previously purchased fixtures from Vakkerlight. If you are not a previous customer, we recommend purchasing standard bulbs locally or on Amazon for faster processing.
How do I know if I need E12 or E14?
E12 is the standard candelabra base for North America (US/CA). E14 is the standard small screw base for Europe, UK, and Australia. Our replacement bulbs are sourced to match the region of your original Vakkerlight fixture order.
Are these bulbs dimmable?
Our standard replacement LEDs are compatible with common wall switches. If you require dimmable versions specifically for a dimmer-switch setup, please verify your dimmer's LED compatibility or contact our support team.
What is the average lifespan of these LEDs?
These LED filament bulbs are rated for approximately 15,000 to 25,000 hours of use under normal household conditions, lasting significantly longer than traditional incandescent bulbs.
How do I clean fingerprints off the bulbs?
Ensure the light is switched off and the bulb is cool. Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe the glass. Avoid using liquids or chemical sprays directly on the bulb base.
