Plume is a pendant built from rows of overlapping PET acoustic-felt scales, layered like shingles over a lightweight aluminum-alloy frame. The dense felt helps absorb sound and soften echo, while the built-in LED glows out between the scales and lights a warm honey-toned underside — so the dome reads matte and dark from above, and luminous from below.

One size, six felt colors, with a built-in LED rated at a true-to-color Ra ≥ 90. Hardwired to the ceiling, for indoor, dry locations — a quiet, sculptural centerpiece for a dining table, island, or open-plan room.

Overlapping PET acoustic-felt scales help absorb sound and soften echo in hard-surfaced rooms.

Light that also helps quiet a room. PET acoustic felt is the same family of material used in office sound panels. Hung over a table or desk, the layered scales absorb some of the sound that would otherwise bounce off hard floors, glass, and ceilings — helping speech feel clearer and the space feel calmer. It softens echo; it is not a substitute for full room soundproofing.

PET acoustic felt is a dense, sound-absorbing material — the same family used in office acoustic panels. Over a table or desk the layered scales absorb some of the sound that bounces off hard floors, glass, and ceilings, which softens echo and helps a room feel calmer. It is a helpful improvement, not full soundproofing.

What color is the light?

It is 4000K — a crisp, neutral white that sits between warm-yellow and cool-blue. With a color-rendering index of Ra ≥ 90, colors look true and natural, which suits kitchens, dining areas, and workspaces.

Does it use a bulb?

No — the LED is built in, so there are no bulbs to buy or change. Power draw is 15W.

How is it installed?

It is hardwired to a ceiling junction box — a licensed electrician is recommended. It is rated IP20 for indoor, dry locations only.

How do I clean the felt scales?

Dust gently with a soft brush or vacuum on a low setting with a brush attachment, following the lay of the scales. Spot-clean marks with a barely-damp cloth and let it air-dry; avoid soaking the felt or using harsh cleaners.
