01 Which parts of a light can be color matched? +
Paintable metal components such as canopies, arms, frames, backplates, and selected housings can usually be matched. Our team confirms the exact scope before quoting.
02 Can you paint alabaster, marble, glass, wood, or fabric? +
Natural and translucent materials normally remain in their original state. Custom color is applied only to compatible metal components unless another process is specifically approved.
03 Will the color on my screen match the finished fixture? +
Screens are useful for direction, not final approval. Displays, room light, sheen, and fixture geometry all affect color perception. Final matching is based on the agreed physical reference.
04 Are custom-color orders returnable? +
Custom-made items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Defects or damage remain covered under the applicable order terms. Your quote states the exact conditions.
05 Can I request color matching for a hospitality project? +
Yes. Vakkerlight supports residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects worldwide. Include quantity, location, certifications, and target dates in your request.
