Individual panels of semi-translucent natural plant fiber — each one outlined by a black metal frame — arranged in overlapping layers to form a lotus-petal silhouette. When unlit, the pale cream panels and their dark frame lines read as a botanical illustration on the ceiling. When lit, the 3000K bulb glows through each fiber panel in a warm amber wash, and the overlapping petal layers cast soft shadow gradients across one another. The light quality produced by semi-translucent plant fiber is distinctly different from any woven, fabric, or glass shade — diffused but directional, warm but not opaque. Three sizes from Ø45 to Ø65 cm. One E27 bulb included.

A 3000K warm white E27 LED bulb ships with every pendant. The 3000K tone glows amber-warm through the semi-translucent plant fiber panels — the exact effect varies slightly with the fiber density of your specific unit. The E27 socket accepts any standard medium screw base replacement. For dimming, swap in a Triac-dimmable E27 LED and a compatible dimmer switch.

Hardwires to a ceiling junction box — not plug-in. Cord length is adjustable at the black canopy during installation. A licensed electrician is recommended. Turn off power at the breaker before installation.
Natural plant fiber — translucency and tone vary between units
Each petal panel is cut from natural plant fiber — a botanical material with inherent variation in density, tone, and translucency. The lit appearance will vary slightly between units based on fiber density. This is a characteristic of natural material production and not a defect. Keep away from direct moisture and strong heat sources.
Semi-translucent plant fiber
Natural plant fiber panels that allow warm light to pass through — the shade glows from within rather than reflecting light outward. The botanical material gives each petal panel slight natural variation in density and warmth.
Black metal frame outline
Each petal panel is edged with a black metal frame — the outline defines the petal shape and creates a clean graphic contrast against the pale fiber. Unlit, the frame lines give the shade a botanical illustration quality.

All three sizes share the same lotus-petal construction and black metal frame edging. The petal count and overlap depth scale with size — the Large (Ø65 cm) has the most visible layering depth from below. Cord is adjustable at the black canopy; for dining, hang bottom of shade 70–80 cm above the table surface.

Semi-translucent glow — unlit vs. lit
Unlit, the pale cream panels and black frame lines read as a botanical composition — the petal layers visible in depth. When lit, each panel becomes a warm amber lantern: light passes through the fiber but is slowed by it, creating a soft, directional glow that illuminates downward and softly outward without the harshness of glass or the opacity of fabric.
Petal overlap shadows
Where petals overlap, the doubled fiber thickness creates deeper shadow zones — you can see the layering in the lit shade as subtle gradients from brighter (single fiber) to darker (overlapping) areas. This shadow-and-light variation gives the shade visual depth when lit that flat shades cannot replicate.

- Turn off power at the breaker. A licensed electrician is recommended for all hardwired ceiling connections. Adjust the cord at the black canopy to set the drop height — for dining, the bottom of the shade should sit 70–80 cm (28–32″) above the table surface.
- Screw the included 3000K E27 bulb into the socket. The open center of the petal arrangement means the bulb is partially visible from directly below — a globe-shaped bulb suits the aesthetic. Do not exceed the socket's rated wattage; excess heat can affect the plant fiber panels over time.
- For dimming: the included bulb may not be dimmable — check packaging. Replace with a Triac-dimmable E27 LED and pair with a compatible leading- or trailing-edge dimmer switch. Dimming also reduces heat output, which is beneficial for natural fiber materials.
- Plant fiber panels: dust with a very soft dry brush — work gently from the center outward along each petal panel. Do not wet-clean, steam, or expose to direct moisture — plant fiber is fragile when damp and can warp or discolor. Keep away from cooking steam, open windows in wet weather, and high-humidity rooms.
- Black metal frame: wipe with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid liquid cleaners that could drip onto the fiber panels. Do not bend or twist the frame — it holds the petal shape and cannot be reshaped once deformed.
- Do not install directly above a stove, heat vent, or any direct heat source — sustained heat damages natural plant fiber over time.

Where two petals overlap, the doubled fiber creates a slightly darker gradient — this shadow-and-light layering gives the lit shade visual depth that an opaque or glass shade cannot replicate.
Which size should I choose?
The Small (Ø45 cm) suits a 2–4 seat dining table, bedroom, or reading corner. The Medium (Ø55 cm) anchors a 4–6 seat dining table or a large bedroom. The Large (Ø65 cm) is the statement size for a 6–8 seat dining room or open-plan living space — at 25.6″ it has enough visual scale to carry a large room without needing additional light sources overhead.
Is it fragile? How durable is natural plant fiber?
The black metal frame provides structural support for each petal panel, but the fiber itself is delicate — it should not be touched or pressed with force, and it is not moisture-resistant. In normal indoor use (away from direct moisture, steam, and heat), the fiber panels are stable and durable. Do not install in kitchens near a stove, bathrooms, or anywhere with sustained humidity. Handle during installation by the metal frame rather than the fiber panels directly.
Is it dimmable?
Dimming depends on the bulb. The included 3000K E27 bulb may not be dimmable — check its packaging. For reliable dimming, replace with a Triac-dimmable E27 LED and pair with a compatible leading- or trailing-edge dimmer switch. Dimming also reduces the heat output of the bulb, which is beneficial for the longevity of the plant fiber panels — a lower-wattage dimmable LED at 70–80% output is better for the material than running a full-wattage non-dimmable bulb at 100%.
