Shipping creases are temporary — will fade over time
Because the Tyvek shade may be folded for shipping, some lamps may arrive with slight creases. These are temporary and will naturally fade over time once installed, as the material smooths with exposure to light and warmth.

Lamp doesn't light up after installation? Check the terminals
If the lamp does not light up, double-check the electrical connections. Ensure the positive (+) terminal is connected to the positive wire and the negative (−) terminal to the negative wire. Reversing the terminals will prevent the lamp from lighting up.

My lamp arrived with creases — is this a defect?
No — creases from shipping are temporary and will naturally fade over time once the lamp is installed and in use.
Lamp doesn't light up after installation — what should I check?
Check the terminal connections — positive (+) to positive wire and negative (−) to negative wire. Reversing the terminals will prevent the lamp from lighting up.
Is a dimmable version available?
Yes — select the dimmable version at checkout. A Triac dimmer switch is recommended.
