Terra Rope Pendant Light, Concrete and Jute
A cast travertine cone hangs from a black cord, wrapped at the neck with natural jute rope. The interior glows warm when lit. Choose a single pendant for a bedside or desk, or stack up to 15 lights for a tall stairwell or double-height foyer.
What you actually get
Each cone is hand-cast concrete with visible pores and natural color variation. The material is left raw inside and out.
Natural jute wraps the connection point where the cord meets the shade, adding texture and visual weight to the neck.
Single pendants work over nightstands or dining chairs. Multi-light clusters (3, 5, 7, 9, 11, or 15) hang from one canopy and can reach up to 157 inches long for stairwells and tall open spaces.

Common questions
What's the difference between the single pendant and the multi-light versions?
V1 is one 4.7-inch shade on a standard cord, designed for a single location like a bedside. V2 through V7 are clusters of 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, or 15 identical shades all hung from one ceiling canopy at different heights. Multi-light versions have much longer total drops (59 to 157 inches).
Will the travertine cones show dust or dirt inside?
Yes. The material is raw and porous. Dust will collect on the interior surface and may be visible when the light is on. You can wipe the inside gently with a dry cloth when needed.
Does each shade come wired separately, or do I need an electrician?
Multi-light clusters (V2–V7) connect to one canopy and one power cord, but each pendant has its own wiring run. This requires a licensed electrician to install, especially for drops over 6 feet or in attic/ceiling spaces.
Can I use V1 as a replacement shade in a multi-light cluster?
V1 is the single-pendant fixture. The shades on the clusters are the same cone shape and material, but the fixtures are sold as complete units. Do not attempt to mix and match individual pieces across variants.

What size should I choose for a kitchen island?+
The 3-light (∅ 7.9″ x H 59″) or 5-light (∅ 11.8″ x H 78.7″) work well for standard islands. For wider surfaces, the 7-light (∅ 13.8″ x H 98.4″) provides balanced coverage. We custom-size in our atelier—contact us for your exact island length.
Can I adjust the hanging height?+
Yes. Standard cable is adjustable to 59″. It can be extended upon request during build. Specify your desired length when ordering, and our atelier will customize it for your ceiling height.
What is the Yellow Travertine finish like?+
Natural travertine stone with organic texture and subtle color variations. Each piece shows unique patterning from its geological formation. The conical shade pairs with hand-wrapped hemp rope for an artisanal, rustic look.
How do I control the light?+
The pendant connects to a standard wall switch (not included) via hardwired installation. It accepts LED or Edison bulbs in E26 or E27 base. Works on AC 110–240V for North American, European, and international use.
